How do I change or cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at contact@teetato.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon approval of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

*Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you change your shipping address, please contact us at contact@teetato.com within 12 hours after placing. Customer service staffs will check your order and confirm asap.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 2-3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2 to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within three business days or if the tracking status is “not available” within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at contact@teetato.com

How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of Teetato page, enter your tracking number to check your order status.

How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 2-6 days for the United States, and 1-2 weeks for other countries.

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

How do I return an item?

In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

If you want to receive your order early than the casual delivery time, please contact us as soon as you place. We will change the shipping method for you. But you will pay extra for the shipping service.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund to you.
